The guidelines were published Ministry of Finance in Jakarta, Monday (15/3/2010). This provision came into force since February 24, 2010 until December 31, 2010.
Value dimaksudkn fiscal facilities to improve the competitiveness of the telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry in this country reached USD 38.771 billion. To obtain duty borne by the government, firms first apply to the Director General (DG) of Customs and Excise. The application must attach a plan terebut Import Goods (RIB) that has ditandasahkan approved and Industry Director General of Transport Equipment and Telematics.
On request, Director General of Customs and Excise will give approval or rejection goals in a maximum period of 14 days, starting from the request is received in full. If the application is approved, the Director General of Customs and Excise on behalf of Minister of Finance issued Decree of the Minister of Finance of the government’s import duty paid on imported goods and materials by the telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry specific companies.
If not approved, the Director General of Customs and Excise will issue the rejection letter on behalf of the Minister of Finance
