Robert J. Gerberg Jr. started his career with Bausch & Lomb in the Personal Products sales division. Initially he was posted at Northern New Jersey, with later promotions taking him to Boston and New York with higher responsibility. At Bausch & Lomb, he interacted with all levels of the management and created, coordinated and worked close with the programs initiated for new products, customer service and advertising. Robert J. Gerberg was able to bag $ 1.5 million initially through 45 accounts. Thence he was promoted as Account Executive and took over the New England market. Here he generated $ 5 million through 30 accounts. He grew to become the leading area producer in the company with a record of regularly meeting or exceeding his sales targets.

With Princeton/Masters International, he joined as a part of the team engaged in the development of new product and then later he became the Product Manager. He was directly engaged in the development of business plan and financial structuring, playing the vital role in the conception of products, concept positioning, designing of product, marketing plan development and packaging. He managed all the scheduling, production and test marketing via telemarketing, direct mail and one to one selling to consumer. At its height, the licensing firm made more than $ 8 million annually.

Mr. Gerberg began his career through experience in career and publishing based businesses. He held the position of the President of Princeton/Masters Press and MD of Denver. It was at Princeton/Masters that he published his book ‘An Easier Way to Change Jobs’ in the 1990s.
